Gina Ho | Owner & Events Director
Gina was born and raised in Honolulu, HI. The relationships she has built with clients through her years in event planning inspired her to establish Perfection. Gina’s passion for event production began over thirteen years ago, where she organized and executed her first large-scale event for several hundred of Hawaii’s most prestigious men and women. She is a problem solver, who is devoted to making her events flawless. Her perfectionist attitude leaves no detail unseen. She has the talent and devotion required to create extraordinary events from concept to execution. Gina enjoys collaborating with her clients to create unique, one-of-a-kind events that create lasting memories.

Desirae Morris | Assistant Coordinator
Desirae Morris brings nearly a decade of event planning, catering, and restaurant management experience to Perfection. Starting young in her small town of Oakdale, California, she was designated banquet captain and helped oversee that all the small details were executed with style and ease. With bigger dreams, she left her small town to discover the bright city lights of Los Angeles, which drove her to be the youngest female restaurant manager for a Michelin rated restaurant on Ocean Avenue in sunny Santa Monica. Her drive and expectations for herself scored her a special private dining room in which she planned small private and corporate events for some of Los Angeles most prized clientele. After transferring to a Napa Valley location, she was able to expand her knowledge in a different style of restaurant trends and clientele needs. In search for the ocean, Desirae moved to Oahu to find Perfection An International Event Company where she is now an assistant coordinator, banquet captain, and the ever-exciting bartender.

"Whether planning a small dinner party for ten or creating a gala New Year’s Eve Party for 100, Gina Ho and her Perfection Coordinators give the same degree of effort to each and every event. Our monthly dinner parties consist of engaging a private chef who creates a 6-8 course menu with appropriate wines. Gina arranges everything from the invitations to the RSVP’s to the dinner itself. When it comes to our yearly New Year’s Eve Party, the planning starts a year in advance. The themes range from Bollywood to Hollywood to Paris or Rome. Whether it's an Eiffel Tower or Red Carpet entrance Gina seems to find exactly what is needed. One of my personal favorites was when Gina created a website for the event and all the guests had to go to the website to see if they were even invited. (Of course they all were).
